Ulsnes Gard

20 min by car from the campsite you find our family farm, where we have sheeps, horses and some fruit. Since we also have accommodation there, we have chosen to present it on the campsite's website.

Three small cabins where two are only for sleeping, and the third has also kitchen and toilet. Shower can be done in an outdoor shower, while others can enter the main house for this. Total sleeping space for 6 in these cabins.

An apartment with a double bed in one bedroom, a bunk bed in another. Kitchen, bathroom with shower and livingroom with TV / Wifi.

Ulsnes Gard is located by RV13 in Ullensvang municipality where the Hardangerfjord divides into Sørfjorden and Eidfjorden. Ullensvang municipality has an identity associated with fruit industry, and is widely known as Norway's orchard.  The local shopping center is Kinsarvik, and the regional center is Voss, which is 40 minutes away by car. With frequent bus departures right outside the door, railways from Voss to Oslo and Bergen, and flights to the wider world...Ulsnes is the world's navel.

In the vicinity of Ulsnes there are good day trip alternatives for both exercisers and well-trained people.

-Tveismedalen starts in the farmyard and is the hiking trail up in our steel area.
-Dronningstien and Husedalen are nationally known trips that require just over 5 minutes by car to Kinsarvik.
-Trolltungaturen is also within easy reach with a mere hour by car before you are at the starting point in Skjeggedal.

In Kinsarvik you will find a holiday park for the very youngest, a climbing park for the slightly older and go-karting for everyone who wants to.

Several local side-producing farmers welcome farm visits on request.
